Steve A. Brandt
STEVE A. BRANDT, PRESIDENT, CEO & PRINCIPAL BROKER
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Steve’s real estate career began in the mid 1970’s with responsibilities in office building construction, development, and management and leasing in Cincinnati and other Midwestern markets. Since 1982, his activities have exclusively been in retail development and brokerage in the Cincinnati, Columbus, Dayton, Louisville and Lexington trade areas. Steve concentrates on big-box representation for ground acquisition and positions within planned or existing developments and shopping center acquisition services and retail development services.
Eric M. Abroms
ERIC M. ABROMS, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
A graduate of University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s degree in real estate and marketing, Eric’s real estate career began in 1994 in retail sales and leasing.  Since 1994, Eric has completed over 200 career transactions.  Eric provides owner/tenant representation, site selection and acquisition, investment analysis and demographic consultation.  He also concentrates on portfolio disposition and represents shopping center owners for project leasing.  In 1999 Eric was in the Top 3 of Retail Producers and since 1997 to present, Eric has achieved Top Producers Club status, sponsored by the Cincinnati Board of Realtors.  Eric is also working towards his CCIM designation.
Scott G. Saddlemire
SCOTT G. SADDLEMIRE, SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT
A graduate of The Ohio State University, Scott’s real estate career began in 1990 with one of the nation's top banking institutions, eventually handling corporate real estate transactions in the Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana regions, concentrating mostly on site selection.  Scott entered the brokerage business in 1998, focusing his efforts on tenant representation of national and regional retailers and restaurants, providing them demographic and market analysis, site selection and acquisition services in Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Northern Kentucky, Lexington, Louisville, and multiple markets in between.  Since joining Brandt Retail Group in 2000. Scott has had the privilege of providing representation and disposition services to such prominent clients as The TJX Companies, The Home Depot, Ethan Allen, Toys "R" Us, McDonald's Corporation, Payless ShoeSource, Huntington Bank, Regis Corporation and LA Fitness.
Andrew R. Feinblatt
ANDREW R. FEINBLATT, VICE PRESIDENT
A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, and with eight years of prior sales and account management experience, Andrew began his real estate career with Brandt Retail Group in early 2002. During these years, he has performed a wide range of transaction related functions, including demographic and market analysis, site selection, pre-development due diligence, purchase/sale and lease negotiations and coordination of all transaction related entities. Andrew concentrates on representing national and regional retailers and restaurants in the acquisition or leasing of property. He is also focused on site assemblages, leasing and sales for retail owners and developers and property disposition for national retailers and property owners. Andrew’s geographical areas of coverage include Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus, Toledo, Northern Kentucky and the smaller cities and towns in-between
Kristine L. Davidson
KRISTINE L. DAVIDSON, VICE PRESIDENT
A graduate of the University of Dayton, Kristine began her real estate career in 1994 in retail leasing and tenant representation.  She then spent six years working for a developer leasing shopping centers and selling outparcels in Ohio, Kentucky, and Illinois.  Kristine concentrates on representing shopping center owners and developers for project leasing and sales.  She also represents retailers and restaurants in performing market analysis, site selection and disposition.

KATHLEEN NORRIS, VICE PRESIDENT/DIRECTOR OF BRANDT/URBAN FOCUS
Kathleen Norris (Vice President/Director of Brandt/Urban Focus) is a specialist in urban retail revitalization. As Leasing Consultant for the Gateway Quarter, in Cincinnati’s historic Over the Rhine, she developed the concept for a new destination retail center and in 2 years recruited more than 20 retailers and restaurant operators to Over the Rhine, creating one of the most popular new shopping and dining destinations in downtown Cincinnati. At present she is consulting to and recruiting tenants for Downtown Cincinnati, Uptown/Short Vine, Over the Rhine, DeSales Corner and other urban neighborhoods. Prior to becoming a realtor and consultant, Ms. Norris was an arts industry executive for more than 30 years, serving as CEO of performing arts companies in Cincinnati, New York and Sydney, Australia. She's a fourth generation real estate professional and a native Cincinnatian.

Doug Brandt (Urban Retail Leasing Agent) has been a member of the Brandt Retail team since 2004, specializing in research into emerging markets before moving to tenant & landlord representation. At present he is recruiting tenants for Downtown Cincinnati, Uptown/Short Vine, Over the Rhine, DeSales Corner & other urban neighborhoods. In addition to his professional activities, he’s a member of The Urban Land Institute’s Cincinnati Program Committee, Mayor Mallory’s Young Professional Kitchen Cabinet, Cincinnati USA Regional Chamber’s C-CHANGE Leadership Program, Agenda 360 Regional Planning Initiative & CincyPAC.
