The sale followed the recent relocation of Red Lobster to the corner of Miller Lane and Benchwood Road, which was handled by Brandt Retail Group Senior Vice President, David Sheehy, who exclusively represents Darden Restaurants in Cincinnati and Dayton. Orlando, Florida-based Darden Restaurants currently operates six Red Lobsters, five Olive Gardens, two Smokey Bones and one Bahama Breeze Restaurants in Greater Cincinnati and three Red Lobsters, 3 Olive Gardens and two Smokey Bones Restaurants in the Dayton area.
