Market Street at Millworks, the proposed $100 million project that would put a high-end movie theater; retail and office space near Hyde Park, has hired Brandt Retail group to handle its merchant leasing. Millwork include about 500,000 square feet of retail and office space, with about 90,000 square feet being office.
