CiCi's Pizza recently opened in Western Village Shopping Center in Western Hills, a suburb of Cincinnati and in the REX Center in Beavercreek, a suburb of Dayton. CiCi's leased 4,480 sf in Western Hills and 5,750 sf in Beavercreek. In addition, CiCi's is under construction near the Northgate Mall on Springdale Road in Cincinnati and is leasing 4,325 sf. CiCi's recently signed leases in Florence, KY at the Turfway Retail Center for 4,570 sf and in Grove City, Ohio at the Shoppes of Grove City for 4,400 sf Eric exclusively represents four CiCi's franchisees looking for additional sites in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Columbus, Dayton and Middletown.
