Verizon Wireless recently opened a 2,600 sf store near the Northgate Mall on Colerain Avenue. In addition, Verizon just signed three leases, one in Cincinnati-Western Hills, a 3,150 sf location in Western Hills Village, one in Springfield, Ohio, a 3,200 sf location in North Bechtle Square III and the third at the Shoppes at Grove City, located Stringtown Road & Thistlewood Rd., in Grove City. Eric has completed 4 deals with Verizon and exclusively represents them in Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, Dayton, Columbus and all smaller surrounding markets. Verizon is looking to expand in all of these markets.
