Dollar Tree has completed a lease transaction of approximately 10,010 square feet in the Legacy Crossing, Marion, Oh. This is a new development in Marion at US 23 & SR 95. This is the fifth deal Brandt Retail Group has completed with Dollar Tree. Kristine also just completed another Dollar Tree lease transaction of 8,000 square feet at the Alexandria Green Shopping Center in Alexandria, KY. The Center is located on US 27. This is the second transaction Brandt Retail Group has completed with Dollar Tree in Northern Kentucky. Brandt Retail Group exclusively represents Dollar Tree in Northern Kentucky, Cincinnati, Dayton, Columbus and all small towns from Columbus to just north of Lexington, KY.
