Oceanaire Seafood Room has completed a lease transaction of approximately 8,500 square feet and will be opening in the heart of historic downtown Cincinnati near Fountain Square in the 580 Building at 6th and Walnut. Oceanaire is expected to open in Late 2007 or early 2008.
