Scott Saddlemire & Eric Abroms represented LA Fitness in eight transactions in 2008 as the fitness chain continues its expansion in the Greater Cincinnati & Dayton Markets. The first club to open in the region is located in Fairfield Township, at the northeast corner of State Route 4 Bypass & Princeton Road. In early December 2008, LA Fitness opened a new club in Beavercreek at the Beavercreek Shopping Center located across from The Mall at Fairfield Commons. Currently six additional clubs are under construction and scheduled to open in 2009. New club locations will be in Kenwood at Kenwood Towne Place; in Symmes Township at Harper’s Station; in Oakley at the Center of Cincinnati; in Crescent Springs, KY at Buttermilk Towne Center; in West Chester at Tylersville Farm; and in Centerville at the southwest corner of I-675 & State Route 48.
