Dollar Tree recently entered into a lease of 10,200 square feet in the Manchester Plaza located on Harrison Avenue in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is the first deal Brandt Retail Group has completed with Dollar Tree, since becoming their exclusive tenant representative in Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus. Dollar Tree is looking to open 20 plus stores in these three markets.
